Beginning of March
Well, this has been an interesting week. Closed on our house Monday, office days this week (after a workshop cancellation), then off Friday to finish painting (it will take more than that) and moving more stuff until Saturday when we’ll be moving the big stuff. Trying to bounce back and forth between a few things. Finding good stuff on Twitter (http://twitter/mcarls). Playing with Ustream.tv, but can’t seem to get the chat to run. I’ve hooked it up to the MacBookPro, but still not chatting! Seems to be problems with Port Number 6667, but I can’t seem to figure out how to get it to work! Busy, busy here. Next week 3 Tech Connect workshops at Hinsdale (Blocher Country), Fillmore (Great group to work with and will be showing off airliner for a math teacher) and Catt-LV (Tech savvy group who ate up everything I threw at them on Day 1).
Gotta run, because I have someone coming to look at our basement that has water!!! Grrr…. Have a great day.
Oh yeah, has anyone checked out www.Edmodo.com? I know it hasn’t opened up yet, but it sounds interesting. How about http://sites.google.com/? Many things to play with, not enough time!

Thank you, I did try to e-mail them, my settings are pretty wide open. I tried the MacBook after my HP laptop has not had it working since the beginning of December. I’m sure it did work. The guy at Ustream sent me to:

And I e-mailed them the results, it failed in step 3! I’ll e-mail them again also.
I’m off tomorrow as we’re moving into our house. The good news was that my workshop today got cancelled! I have 3 school districts next week, though and may use Ustream, especially next Friday.
