Worked with Portville Math teachers using Smart AirLiner. Great group and they ate it all up. They’re going to work well with it. Noticing some changes with Smart and how they are making you enter a serial number to use the new version 10. I haven’t upgraded yet for my SmartAirLiner, but am seeing an increase in interest in their products by area teachers…..the software alone could sell them.
Went to Scio to work with 3 Science teachers and del.icio.us. We looked at setting up an account and searching for websites. Didn’t touch too much with the “Social” part of it, but that may come with the next visit for Rick. Mark even found my blog while I was there! Congrats Mark. They were also interested in the AirLiner. Very interesting group and I hope seemed to like the brief meeting, I hope they got something out of the afternoon.
Also saw on Twitter Thurs. night, this new search engine with visual pages: http://beta.searchme.com/ The more I play with it, the more I like it. You can visually see the pages and click on them. Of course, I only register at the CABOCES site. I guess I need to be more “Googable”…..Will Richardson would be disappointed in me!??!?! Sorry Will!
